As a manufacturer we have greater visibility of our supply chain than most and are making significant efforts to eliminate waste and adopt sustainable practices where possible.

The very nature of our products encourages repeat use and less waste, such as repairing an inner tube with our repair kits as opposed to replacing it and regular degreasing and lubing of your bike chain prolongs its life before needing to be replaced.

A key goal we have is to heavily reduce the amount of plastic in our supply chain. Since the start of 2020, we have removed plastic blister packaging from more than 20 product lines. By switching to cardboard box packaging for these products we have eliminated more than two tonnes of plastic annually from passing through our factory and reaching you, our customers. As a result, we have been able to significantly reduce outer pack dimensions which in turn enables more product to be shipped on one pallet, reducing transport related CO2 emissions.
